• Eligibility for Commission:
Commissions are payable only on PAYG SIMs supplied exclusively by GK Telecom (GKT). To qualify, each SIM must be connected, topped up with a minimum of £10, and must have completed at least one chargeable event such as a call, text, or data session. Any SIM that is clawed back by the mobile network for any reason will not be eligible for commission.
• Minimum Monthly Requirement:
A minimum of five (5) qualifying SIM connections per calendar month is required for a partner to be eligible to receive commission for that period. If the minimum is not met, no commission
will be payable for that month.
• Organic Activations Only:
Only organic connections, meaning activations made by real end users without artificial or incentivised means, are considered for commission. Any form of bulk, automated, or non-genuine activation will be excluded from commission calculations.
• Commission Payment Terms:
Commission payments are processed a minimum of six weeks after the last day of the relevant month and will be paid via BACS transfer, cheque, accessories, or another method if mutually
agreed in writing between the partner and GKT. Commission amounts below £20 will not be processed until the threshold is reached.
• VAT Handling:
All commission amounts quoted by GKT are inclusive of VAT. VAT will be paid only to partners who have provided a valid VAT registration number. Without this, commissions will be paid net of VAT.
• Account Activity and Suspension:
If a partner’s account shows no activity, defined as either zero new SIM connections or no SIM supply requests, for a continuous period of six (6) calendar months, GKT reserves the right to suspend or deactivate the account without notice. Reinstatement may require formal review and written approval by GKT.
• Use of Promotional Materials:
Any promotional materials provided by GKT must be used in accordance with GKT’s brand guidelines and agreements. SIMs must be made available or promoted to end users as agreed with the assigned account manager.
• Fraud Prevention and Commission Clawbacks:
GKT will claw back any commissions paid on connections that are later determined by the mobile network to be fraudulent. Fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to: SIM Gateway operations, use of stolen or fraudulent credit cards, bulk SMS or spam activity, international roaming abuse, premium rate number exploitation, unauthorised batch top-ups, or any form of artificial manipulation to generate commissions.
Additional activities considered fraudulent include shipping SIMs abroad for the purpose of unlocking social media OTPs, or any unauthorised shipment of SIMs outside the UK.
GKT will fully cooperate with network providers in all fraud investigations and reserves the right to share partner details with them as required.
• SIM Supply and Delivery Procedure:
All SIM cards and promotional materials will be shipped using a tracked and signed-for delivery service. The partner is required to provide a valid signature upon receipt. GKT monitors all deliveries from dispatch to receipt to ensure proper handling and accountability.
• Modification of Terms:
GKT reserves the right to change, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any timewithout prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.
• Ongoing Eligibility for Ledger Access:
To remain eligible for commission payments and access to the commission ledger, the partner must consistently maintain a minimum of five (5) qualifying SIM connections per month over a continuous three-month period. Failure to meet this requirement may result in suspension of commission payments and ledger access.
• Right to Refuse Supply:
GKT reserves the right to refuse the supply of SIMs or terminate the partnership at its sole discretion in cases of terms violation, fraud risk, or lack of partner engagement.
